Obviously you had no sex or contact with the female kind. Suddenly, a hurricane off the pacific sweeps a broken boat onto your Island the next day and you repair it and set sail. You finally make it to California and get washed up on shore. You wake up and suddenly find a 100 beautiful babes in bikini's and you lose control and sexually act upon one of them. After you finsih, you get arrested and thrown in jail.

The big question is this, did you commit rape or was it involuntary rape?

Depends am I only stranded for 1 year? If so then I'll take the years worth of food & being alone. I need a break! Otherwise, I would say with 10 people because I eventually would need some company and I would think between all of us, we'd be able to somehow hunt, fish etc & get food.

It was rape..and no fun for the victim. Men need to get over this crap about being 'out of control' if they havent had sex for a while. If you dont ever have sex your whole life it doesnt give you the right to violate someone else. Masterbation is around for a reason.

The key to law: they make us practice control.

If this haggard humanoid happened upon the beach and went postal, I'm sure he would have been tackled by a lifeguard or beach patrol. I doubt he'd have time to exact his sexual impulses upon an unwilling Cali chick.

rape. many people intentionally or unintentionally go without sex for decades...some even their whole lives. No sex for 15 years would not cause you to involuntarily rape someone. If you did rape someone, it would be knowing and intentional and you would be responsible

Get real. There is NO excuse to 'get out of control'. NONE. It is rape. Only morons try to make excuses for their pathetic behaviour.
