Only staying in my apartment for 6 potentially 8 months so cant really sign up for 12 months (have checked telewest, bulldog and a few others??)!

I use Lixxus. It is 14 to 17 quid depending on how much I download. They have no contract at all so you can quit with 30 days notice.

Virgin dont have a minimum contract (or something like 30 days) Its ok but no the fastest in the world

Virgin connects to broadband without tying up customers to a time contract but their service is not that impressive.

If Embarq is in your area try them. There is no contract at all.
