Agreed with you and like to add the following.Worse conditions for the Iraqi people,no or hardly power, less gas supply, less public safety, civil war.
Then the government, used to be a cruel secular dictatorship but with equal rights for women,is now a semi democratic theocracy where many women are forced to cover up and denied equal rights.Under Saddam, anyone who didn't agree with him faced a horrible fate, now everyone in Iraq does.Congratulations mister Bush

There were WMD, read the news.
Yes, our commanders say it is still possible that it will turn into civil war. That means it is also possible that it won't. That's up to the Iraqis, not us.
D-Day claimed 5000 lives in one day, we've lost 2600 in 3 years. It's not that bad. D-Day was in June, everyone said WWII would be over by Christmas. It lasted 9 months beyond Christmas. The fact is, war is chaotic and unpredictable. Small set backs do not equate failure.
25,000,000 million Iraqis are now free. They have voted themselves a new constitution, and a new government. You can't put a price on freedom.
Any object person can see that Iraq is better off now. Only those blinded by irrational hatred can not see the truth.

Lets just say that the war in Iraq consisted of two things.
1. A great place to test new weapons in real time battle.
2. OIL!!!
Besides the billions that the war is costing would never have been used to help us out. It would have been more money for them to piss away on space exploration or changing the way the American currency looks or some other stuff that wouldn’t consist of helping with the Medicare, social security, educational the starving, homeless, unemployed issues that this country has.

I don't understand this either. I guess it boils down to the fact that the people in this country who supported the war based on the outright lies of the Bush administration couldn't sleep at night if they realized how much they have been duped. Either that or they still are just not informed (or just don't care) about what is really happening in Iraq.

What good would the money spent on education, health care, etc be if the terrorists kept killing us? No weapons of mass destruction? What do you think Sadaam Hussein used to kill millions of his own people? And if his claim to have no WMDs, why did he not let inspectors in, over and over again? BECAUSE HE NEEDED TIME TO HIDE THEM!! Of course there have been mistakes made; of course the UN is totally useless in its present state; of course there were decisions made that may have been ill-advised but we'd better get serious about stopping this violence in the Middle East; we'd better take out all these terrorist groups because their one goal is to rid the world of all who are not part of Islam. We can spend all the money in the world on all kinds of good things but none of them will amount to a hill of beans if we let the terrorists win. DEAD IS DEAD and that's what we will be!

I deny nothing, I've been against it from the start. Political show boating an that's all. this B.S. worked for Geo. Sr. but today it shows rather ragged around the edges. Pull our people out and let the towel heads annihilate each other.

...And yet AGAIN, Liberals lob their little bombs while refusing to give any alternatives. What's up with folks being in denial about the failure of appeasement policies to work with terrorists, or for that matter, ANY aggressor?
