I dont know about you guys but the win by the jags (against the steelers 9-0) was impressive. Do you think Big Ben had a bad day like everybody does in a while? or you think that this may continue?
As well as the Jags defense, was it a fluke? or is it hardcore defense, that is out to punish their schedules upcoming offenses these following weeks?

Jacksonville's defense is the real deal and Ben didn't look very comfortable, after having an appendectomy 15 days earlier and running a temperature of 104.

Remember Jacksonville was 12 - 4 last year and lost to New England in the playoffs. Jacksonville has earned some respect, after last night. Except from Bungals fans, who are praying that it was just the Steelers, being that bad.

its a combination of a few things... big ben was not playing up to par... after the 1st qtr all the steelers did was pass (so its not that hard to defend a 1 demensional offense), but not to take away from the jags because they did do a great job penetrating the line and keeping the pressure... so no it was not a fluke but i wouldn't call them the best defense in the nfl. we'll see how they do in the next 2 weeks... if it keeps up then you know it was anything but a fluke.

A little of both. Ben was having a bad game, had a fever all week I think they said and was kinda rusty. There was also the factor of the Jag's defense is that good.

i believe the jags D is very impressive and not bc they stopped Ben. They stopped everyone. As far as stopping Ben goes, he just had that surgery and was throwing high all night. I thin that came with the pain for he bent over and grabbed his stomach in pain a few times. but the jags still played very well

Ravens protection is the final- greater sacks, int, returns for TD. they are going to constantly get you greater factors than any protection. do away with Jags protection and %. up a sleeper at wr or rb. in user-friendly terms time to take a seat Ravens protection is there bye week and then %. up Jags or yet another protection. pal Ryan son coach's the ravens protection they are ranked #one million or #2 next to Chicago each 365 days in Fanasty.

The Teal is real. Go Jags.....Coach Del Rio was a defensive player and defense is his forte. The Jags are a hard hitting football team. They have brought pride to our river city by the sea..........Go Jacksonville........

Jags defense is very good! Ben is just an over-rated 2nd rate QB who should be a back-up. The Steelers are an over-rated team who go lucky last year..

I think after watching the game last night the jags are for real and will give most teams fits, will better judge them after they play the colts.

watched most of this game but hubby saw the whole thing and I must saw the Jags seemed to really be sorted.............hopefully they have begun a good year with much more to come, I think as their defense needed work in the past they have addressed it and this should be the pattern of things to come.
