My USB MP3 Player and voice recorder is driving me mad! I still cant download music! It is a Innovage Product. I will put the disk in and it will say "Windows Media Player cannot play file because there is a problem w/your sound device installed on your computer.It may be in use by another program." How do I find this other program? Theres been other times when I've tryed to open a friends email thats a joke being played by Media player That is a video with sound. It will say that my sound device is being used by another program. How can I fix this problem? Please Help! Thanks So Very Much! Fergie

When you say 'disk' do you mean the player or the install disk?
Did you install the software that this player needs?
This is basically a USB flash drive with an MP3 decoder that allows audio output. If you can get past the Window Media Player interruption by changing prefs, do that. Then use windows explore to copy and paste files onto the player. Some models' software is looking at the root for mp3 files, and others look in a folder called 'music.' If you can get the player to mount as a disk, then you can find where the player keeps the mp3 files, and copy your mp3 into that. since it has a voice recorder, it probably hs different files for different formats. The voice recordings will be .wav files.
