Frankly speaking, when u say 'goodbye' then nothing comes in mind.(Since I don't know u at all).
But... after a long boring lecture, when our professor says 'goodbye', I feel such a relief !!
Again, when a dear friend says 'goodbye' before leaving the college, then clouds of sorrow break up in mind.
Actually,different feelings arise 4 different persons.

XXXXXXXXX my husband!!!!!! We are a military family. Goodbye is an occasional word around our home. He's either deployed to another country for a year or going to the field. The best thing about the goodbyes is the hellos. UMMMMMMMMMMMM
