nfl chargers defense....?

some charger fans have named san diego's defense thunder and lightning,how strong of a defense do they really have?

Anyone who says they are unproven doesn't know football. They returned their entire defense from last year when they were #1 against the run (in a year where they had the toughest schedule in the nfl). They also added a corner and a safety in the offseason to bolster their secondary. Also this was a very young defense last year, three rookie starters, all of which have improved tremendously this year. They are for real. Might be the best in the league.

it's definatly a top 3 D so far. Giving up 7 points in 2 games. Almost back to back shutouts but young threw a td pass with 3 min left in the game. 9 sacks week 1. But then again its only week 2. Alot of things can change.

They are yet unproven in my book. Yeah they looked good in the first two weeks, but look who they played. My cousins pop warner defense would look good against Oakland and Tenn.

their defense sucks compared to the jags and steelers.
