It's a really good quesiton. I think humans have evolved to feel comfortable with a blue sky. we find it refreshing and hopeful. even though we love sunrise and sunset, with red, pink and orange colours, we "need" the blue sky. I sometimes wonder, looking at the pictures from Mars, where the sky is reddish brown, whether human beings could stand it there after a while. I love the blue colour of Earth's sky, and wouldn't really want it any other way.

I would like to be orange in a beautifully dramatic sky. I would stand out, in a complementary way, from my fellow colors of blue and purple. As orange I would be the warm, friendly, fun and creative part of the sky.

I like the sky blue, but I write on the sky with big letters: Crazy men ! Emergency exit ! No litter !

Dark gray, just before a strong storm. This is my favorite color of the sky. I can spend hours watching it
If I could paint the sky I'll paint it total black or a darker color.

If it is not blue, it means that there is no atmosphere, meaning there would be no sky -- it would just look as absence of color -- i.e. black.

A bright off white, it seems to open up things. The sky is a wide open space. The clearer it appear, the more space appear.

I like the sky:
Red: love or
Pink: grace, lesser feelings of love or
Dark Pink: gratitude or
Light Pink: admiration, sympathy or
White: innocence, purity, secrecy, friendship, reverence and humility. or
Yellow: dying love or platonic love. In German-speaking countries, jealousy and infidelity. or
Yellow with red tips: friendship, falling in love or
Orange: passion or
Burgundy: beauty or
Blue: mystery or
Green: calm or
Black: slavish devotion or
Purple: protection
but I color the stars, so that we should can see them by day.

The color of Sun raising and the color of its dawn is very beautiful and artistic... None of the artist make it justice to show on their paintings... it's very difficult and very new everyday... That's why it's the best in all .... the creativity of Beautiful Nature...
