Unfortunately Laptops are pretty much limited in what can be upgraded. You can add memory, change hard drive and cd or dvd drives. But Video is usually not a swap out option unless the manufacturer built in for it. Sometimes the manufacturer will make two version of the same laptop one with better video and you cna go back to them and purchase the swap out of the video card if it is not integrated into the mainboard. First thing to do would be to contact Toshiba and see if the video on your model is integrated or a card type connection inside. And if they have a better card that can replace your existing one. you really can't. The video card in laptops is built into the motherboard, so you are looking at replacing the whole motherboard. At that point, just buy a new laptop.
