Mine is when when Goku and Piccolo demonstrate the fusion dance for Goten and trunks, then later when Krillin and and piccolo demonstrate it. The look on Piccolo's face is so funny.

i dont know if i have a favorite episode but i have favorite scenes like in Inuyasha when he lures Entei into a cave then hits him with the backlash wave. also when Goku was fighting magin buu at super saiyan 3 and everytime Gogeta apeared and also Gogeta's single appearance. so many more...

I have a few, from my top three favorite series.
Initial D: the first episode of the first stage. Takumi participates in his first race, against one of the Takahashi brothers. No one thinks he even knows how to drift, but he happens to be on of the best in Gunma. Actually, I don't know if it's the first episode, so I'll just say everything up until the end of the first race.
Gakuen Alice: Hmmm... I think around episode ten or so... when Youichi comes in. Evil and cute little kid who puts Sumire in her place and a smile on Natsume's face.
Ouran Koukou Host Club: I have two. One of the earlier episodes, where the Host Club goes to Kyoya's family's indoor tropical island thing and Hunny disappears. A nice bit of MorixHaruhi. I also like of the later episodes where the Host Club (minus Haruhi) drag Kyoya to a commoner festival and he finds Haruhi there. we get to see another side of Kyoya in this episode, just before he goes back to being cruel and calculating.
These are just my top three... not even counting my other favorite series ^_^

My favorite anime episode is Naruto ep 128. It's about rock lee he became a drunken master when he drank the sake. A halirious part of the anime show.

Mine is from the original Project A-Ko, when she wakes up late, runs at super-speed trying make it to school on time, and B-Ko is waiting for her at the gate with 3 giant robots, waiting to fight.
Just then her teacher drives up on a moped, greets the girls and reminds them "don't be late for class", then drives off- she didn't even notice the giant mechs standing right there!!! OMG that was soooo funny.

Mine is Naruto. My favourite episode is 32. This is where Sakura cut off her hair just to protect Sasuke and Naruto.
