Maybe around 80 TOPS. All STOCK!
I have an '87 with a 1200 S&S cams, heads, pistons, exhaust and carb all re-done, I'll have close to a hundred. The new V-rod (STOCK) around/about 1135cc's and that puts out 110 horse but, they are high performance heads, cams, pistons and exhaust, and to top it off it's liquid cooled. So if it's horse power you are looking for without having to fu*k with it, the V-Rod is the way to go!
Ride safe!

The first answer you got is talkin about a car, not a bike. That harley sportster is lucky to be pushing 60 horses.

more than the '06 i'd guess. they're fuel injected now. haven't read anything though. one magazine said the 883 has more power with f.i. i would figure the 1200 might have more hp, but it's really the torque that counts. pure numbers for hp do not really count for much unless you want to drag race (or brag race).
