As of now M. Muralitharan of Sri Lanka is the best bowler as far as spin bowling is concerned and Glen Mc Grath of Australia as far as fast bowler is concerned.

well i know ur asking about characters of good bowler so he is the 1 who is ecnomical can take wickets and have a good rythm. the best example is glen mcgrath from australia he is now veteran in this field with a fantastic record in both fields of the game test and one day. i think its mcgrath
