I love Coca-Cola pork chops. Have you ever had them? OK here's the recipe: 8 pork shops, salt and pepper to taste,1 cup of catsup, 1 cup of Coca-Cola, brown sugar. Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender. I also found that this sauce is good over hot buttered noodles that I serve with it. I hope you enjoy this.

I don't eat pork (I get awfully sick) but I do eat lamb chops! The same way as pork chops but fried and really spicy! Really crispy!
