I don't think there are any animals that have a constant blood pressure. Blood pressure in critters with blood is always changing, simply due to the action of the heart which pumps the blood - when the heart contracts and pushes blood through the blood vessels, blood pressure increases. When the heart is relaxed, that pressure on the blood decreases. That's what the two numbers they give you for blood pressure mean (i.e. 120 over 90 means a pressure of 120 when the heart is pumping (systolic), and 90 when relaxed (diastolic)).

So the only time blood pressure would be constant would be in a critter without a heart - in which case it wouldn't have blood, or if the heart stopped beating, in which case the critter would be dead.
