Using Yahoo! or Google, is there a way to see what sites/webpages are linking to a certain webpage?

Including links from both external websites and from internal links with in the same site.

Use Google. "link:yourwebsite.com"

Use McAfee Site Advisor's site, http://www.siteadvisor.com . They'll check the site's safety as well as links. They check the safety of links as well. Analyse almost every sites.
