Nokia 5140i or the 5500 sport that is coming out soon
THESE are the ONLY toddler proof phones in the market.
the are build with heavy duty thick rubber material which makes them sock, water and dust resistant
ideal for sports people, builders, young moms, and careless users
follow the links below to see what they look like
(there is also the 5100 nokia and probably cheaper but i m sure if you can find that handset anymore as it is an old one, but still very good, still toddler proof)

I don't really think any phone is toddler proof.
But the sturdiest of phones will generally be a Nokia.
Maybe a bar-style model, not a clamshell or slide, since these are less prone to break etc.

No cell phone is toddler proof. All of them are rather fragile, especially the current ones.

Nokia N71? But has the fold and I am afraid it is not very "toddler-proof". But, I think it is a good phone with a cool, elegant design.

Sony Ericsson new one with the ads of two tennis players on top of sky scrappers is good.
I have the older W810i which is tough and works well.
