Some months ago I saw in CNN a documentary on things people were trying to save on gas due to the skyrocketing prices. The experts analyzed and compared several gadgets including catalysts, pills, and magnets and it was determined that not only shortens the life of your vehicle, but that also it doesn't accomplish what it is supposed to. CNN contacted several companies and none of them wanted to speak about the subject, and only one said their product did what it is supposed to do in a written statement.

This sounds like a scam - it's hard to think of any nanotechnology application that would actually do much of anything to a car and would not require hours of time and near-total disassembly of the engine to install.
