Right now GWB is a lame duck, despite the fact that it's his second term.
a more popular President could change some of the nuances of US policy but the changes between Republican and democrat Presidents was never very dramatic.

NO one can predict that, see that future. There are a lot of Republicans more than you know......There are a lot of people who will not really say who they will vote for.....As for Bush you may not like him as many don't but the next President will be the same people will see all that he will do wrong just as past Presidents....No one ever sees or hears good people do in general
I think people dont understand that the President answers to others his voice isn't the final voice from the White House
Better yet put yourself in that seat for a day and see what its like for a President period

I cannot see the future for sure. If I could I most likely would not be answering on here because I'd probably forsee suspension in the near future, thus making it a waste of my time to answer anymore questions.
