As long it is really helping him/her , it should'nt be a problem.
Unless it is disturbing /harrassing you, you should tell him to ask you only when it is important or all at a time.

Charge for calls - this will put an end to it. Calls take time, and time means money, so parents should understand this.
Make sure you put the new policy in writing and send it to all parents. Perhaps you should include 5 calls per month at no charge. That way, students will call only if it's very important.

It depends on what he is calling you about. If its about homework, that's your job. If it's about personal stuff that you aren't comfortable discussing, then you need to tell him so.
