Which do you give more attention to before you appreciate: lyrics or melody?

that's regarding the emotion and the keenness. that's song with a coarse part that attracts on the heartstrings. As for its sounding undesirable, thats a count of opinion. i do no longer delight in AC/DC in any respect, yet bands like Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, The Smiths, and independent Milk hotel make me delight in the sweetness in song.
