...on wether Peter Jackson has started to or will be filming "The Hobbit"? Any ideas when it may be finished if in fact it gets made?

i heard that he's preparing the screenplay with his wife[fran walsh] and philippa boyens,that was a few months ago,so i'm not sure,and they need to find a younger actor to play bilbo.andy serkis[gollum] and ian mackellen[gandalf] are ready to play their characters again.

He's said that he wants to film it, but I dunno if there are immediate plans.
