I have two identical fridge magnets. They are the card type, and one sticks perfectly but the other doesn't! Why? Can I fix it?

Make sure it is magnetised enough...try to use repelling force with other magnet you have, by bringing same poles of both magnets near to each other(i.e., north of one magnet to north of another, or south of one to south of another). They should repel each other. If not, your second piece is not a magnet.

maybe because it has lost it's magnetic power due to heat or maybe constant dropping. to gain it back u can try rubbing a magnet with it. it will gain it's magnetic power back.

Good Luck !! :)

Some of these work on only one side, so try turning it over.
