NO they are actually the wealthier of the country. They are the ones who talk up war, but neither they nor their children have gone to one, They have interests in Halliburton and Blackwater and other interesting behind-the-scenes companies. They pat themselves on the back at secret meetings and they run things, for now.
Where you might be getting confused is with the Christian Right. They live in trailers and have big hair or big tummies, or both depending on sex. They pretty much believe all the things that the Neocons tell them about how you can't question your President or that you don't need unions because your kind boss will take care of you, or that a raise in the minimum wage is the work of the devil, even if it means you can buy meat twice a week. After all isn't meat bad for you so there, you can see how much they care. I honestly think most of us work too hard to pay much attention to how senseless they are.
Oh and Conservative....learn the difference between accept and except if you are going to put people down, that sort of ignorance might make us think you were educated in Texas.

It isn't possible to generalize about either the neocons or the liberals. Each group has members from all economic and educational backgrounds. That's one of the few remaining truths about life in America.
Maybe some day we'll be able to restore some of the integrity this country has lost while the current administration brought all that is ugly about mankind to bear on it's image. I hope so. But idealism is not the private domain of either democrats OR republicans. It used to belong to all of us. It was what our grandfathers and great-grandfathers gave their lives for. I pray that my great grandchildren will help to restore it to the US and the world. Clearly this generation will not.

The meaning of the Neocon republican stereotype is that they are all born with silver and gold pacifiers and wealthier than Tony Blair, so I dont think so, owning the trailer parks maybe....

I wouldn't know, but I don't think so. Neocons and conservatives come from all kinds of backgrounds, not just trailer parks. Some liberals live in trailer parks, as well.

The neocons have been working for about 10 years on talk radio to pull the trailer park vote away from the Democrats. This effort has concentrated on providing low-brow entertainment centered on mocking the stance of the liberals and providing buzz-phrases such as 'welfare-queen' and 'enviro-nazi' to blind them from a true picture of social services, environmental regulations and other complex issues.
This is not part of the core neocon movement, which is in a minority in America. It is a segment of the population that has been duped to vote against their own interest, in much the same way the fundamentalist Christians have been duped by false promises to overturn Roe VS Wade and false threats that the liberals want to ban the Bible.

The trailer parks around me are full of illegal aliens from Mexico. They'd probably vote for Bush if they could - since he apparently has no problem with them moving here.

No. Most Neocons are educated, intellectuals (think Francis Fukuyama). A lot of the folks who have been blindly supporting the neo-conservative agenda may be trailer folk but that is a very broad generalization.
