Try Yoga. Take deep breathes whenever you are having an anxiety attack. Take a walk, get involved in something else, think about something that makes you happy. Relax, remember whatevers getting you all worked up is not the end of the world. Talk POSITIVE to yourself.

You've got to give the whole 10 points to just 1 person, the points cannot be divided - that's how the system works. So' the whole 10 pts' is just a gimmick of yours.

By home remedies I'm assuming that means you don't want to go to the store.
-Camomile tea is very helpful, especially at night.
-When you feel an attack coming on take deap breaths, even if your chest feels heavy. Sometimes when you have an attack you will take short, shallow breaths. Takeing deep breaths will help bring more oxygen to your body.
- Don't eat anything with caffine, even chocolate. For a while I couldn't even have a cookie with chocolate.
-Eat a balanced diet and don't let yourself get too hungry.
-Honey is also very helpful. Try honey in the tea, and just spoonfuls.
-Get reqular excerise, but nothing to strenus.
-You also can help by always having crutches. Like if you go for walk, take your cell phone, or always make sure you have can leave anywhere right away. I always get nervous if I go somewhere and feel as though I can't leave should a panic attack arise.
-When you do have an attack, try and remember what you thinking about when it happened. This will help identify what is bothering you.

I have had what I consider minor anxiety over the years. By minor I mean that it has not interfered with living my life. I am very thankful for this but the one thing I know for me that triggers them is if I am not getting proper sleep. I have been able to get a routine after a number of years that works for me to get the sleep I need. I do something distracting before going to sleep like crosswords or puzzles. I then do some stretches to relax my body and wear an eye mask to bed because my room is not dark enough. I also have a clock radio that makes sounds that I find relaxing such as waves. Good luck.

You need a supplement called PLUS. No known home remedies balance the hormones effectively. Exercise, drink plenty of fluids and get 8 hours sleep.

As Simha also says:

1. Whenever you get the anxiety attacks.... breathe deep!
Hold your breath for a few seconds
The release!

Do not hanyour head! Look ahead... chin up, straight back and practice the breathing!

Nothing can beat the same!

At home try to practice breathing excercises! Padmasana is best!

All the best!

The best way to cure anxiety is to divert the mind from the subject.
You can play a game, play with children, read jokes and humour or seek a friend who is jovial and make you laugh or go to the needy ,sick and help them, or do chanting of lord.s name or write His name.

i have this problem But i overcame it myself.Dont worry about anything just do your duty and dont think of the results you get.The main reason for anxiety is that you think of future in a pessimistic manner . Just do your duty as a routine and dont bother about what will happen in future.Just go on with what you are entitled to do and definitely success will be yours but you have to work for that
