whos to say that less lives will be lost?

Just who says its "not acceptable?" I am perfectly fine with the idea of killing an intruder who would kill my family. I am also fine with the idea of taking out social fascist monsters like Milosevic or Saddam Hussein before they murder anyone else.

Sometimes it might be a tight call and one has to wrestle with one's own concience and morality, but many times its a "no-brainer."
