i have a bootable floppy disk. i want to make same type of bootable flash drive.

if u want to make the usb drive bootable use the following command from command prompt of win98
sys c: f: if usb drive is mounted on
on 2000 or XP
while formatting check the option to copy system files.

copy all the system files from your floppy to your usb and it is bootable now.
