It is a fact (our own Government admits it) that in the 1991 Election, the Military Vote of people who serve overseas wasn't counted. If it was Al Gore would have won the Election not George Bush. So Actually George Bush shouldn't even be in the White House.

Wow are you dumb.
First of all, the election between Gore and Bush was in 2000, not 1991.
Second, all recounts have proved that Bush won.
Third, the military vote was counted. There were a few military ballots from overseas that got blocked by Gore, because they military votes 60% in favor of Republicans. So if those votes had been counted, they would have made Bush's margin of victory larger.

It's amazing how misinformed people are.

The difference between you and your brother is that he is probably a lot more grown up than you, doesn't spend all his time whinging and moaning about an election 6 years ago that was counted and recounted and dragged through the courts. He gets on with what needs to be done while you worry and complain about what might have been.

Again, there must be some teacher teaching the wrong stuff in school again-- gore didnot want those vote to be counted most if not all voted for Bush and while we are getting it right -- all votes were counted( as in years pass ), if you do not do it right that vote was counted as a NON vote meaning it was registered as a vote but did not count in the overall count ... gore and joe LIED to the American people saying their vote didnot count which was a lie-- as stated above starting the dangling chad-- what a joke

yeah, preach on brother! it's great that people like you show the truth about the neocons that the media hides for bush. it's obvious you are a shining example of an educated liberal!

don't let them faze you when they say some crap like "there was no presidential election in 1991" or that "gore didn't run until 2000", or that "military people traditionally vote for republicans" and "gore's team was the one trying to keep the military votes from being counted". that's just neocon spin!

You should check your facts. You must be referring to the 2000 election. You can't expect people to believe your facts, unless you have at least some of the basics straight. I suggest you do a little reading on the topic before you post again. However, I know you're on to something because there was a controversy about accepting ballots which arrived in the US after the deadline, and that weren't verified as to the date the ballot was marked. There were indications that some ballots from the military were marked after election day-- but you should look into this and post something with a link to your reference.

Gore lost. The Military Votes carried Bush over the top.

Your facts are wrong. The military vote overseas WAS counted and the military vote was overwhelmingly in Bush's favor.
