Why do girls wear t-shirts with large lettered, bright and often amusing messages on the front, particularly the chest area, only to get upset when men look??! Surely, this is the point of such t-shirts, right?

yes it is and thats why they wear them but they get the ump because men talk to their chest not their face or they get upset because the guy who looked is not a hottie!!!

Yes it is the point of such tee shirts. the best I ever saw was
"Hey! my face is up here!"
There was an arrow pointing upwards just below the message
Made sense to me bouth caught attention and gave a clear message

When you are an old man you will get away with so much more - mind you the cravat and the innocent charm that these men have from years of experience helps. In the mean time just live with it okay.

I once met a guy who told me about him meeting a girl with a T-shirt with the text "Hug me hard" - so he did and she was offended...
Anyways, the texts you sometimes see on T-shirts are quite often provocative, and indeed, if ya don't wanna be READ, why wear it?
Interesting point: Women volleyball players nowadays have sponsors printed on their butt... that means we SHOULD look at them, right???? ;)

It's the girls who "get mad" who are stupid.
Obviously, if the girl has something worth looking at, you can't help stare when you start reading the text (slowly).
If you get hypnotized by the message she chose to wear, it can't be your fault now can it?

You can read it - its in large letters to make it ez for you ---- but while you are reading it stick your tongue back in your mouth , keep your hands down ,no you don't need to use your finger to trace the letters, wipe the slobber off your mouth and not with my shirt !!
Don't call all your buddy's over to "read " my shirt so that I have to tell them down boy down also. don't try to undress me with your eyes .
