I don't think you would want to use a moisturizer on oily skin. You would use an astringent to clean the oil off and minimize pore size because oily skin usually means large pores.

I really like this one!
Neutrogena Healthy Skin® Anti-Wrinkle
Anti-Blemish Cream is the only anti-aging treatment that combines the #1 wrinkle fighter with the #1 blemish fighter in one easy-to-use formula.
Retinol, the purest form of Vitamin A, works deep within skin's surface where wrinkles develop. Salicylic Acid, a proven acne-fighting ingredient, penetrates deep into pores to treat blemishes and help prevent future breakouts. This light, oil-free formula glides on easily and absorbs quickly with no greasy residue.
Skin is clearer, softer and smoother. Fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced.
Oil-free
Non-comedogenic (won't clog pores)
Patent pending formula

The body shop tea tree moisturizer. Tea tree is a natural oil absorber. But doesnt dry out your skin. Some places have a body shop store. If your area doesnt you can go to Thebodyshop.com and order. It works.

Definitely aloe vera (I use the gel STRAIGHT from the plant). I use it day and night, and sometimes in between. It's so refreshing and keeps my skin under control. Plus, it's natural.
By the way - I only use moisturizer under my eyes
