Can someone tell me how to study Eanlish for students from foreign country.thanks!!!!!

TOEFL and TOEIC courses are offered in many countries. Many countries also have college and university courses. Some countries have a large business sector devoted to teaching English. Where are you? Why do you want to study English: to go to univeristy? to use in business? More info would be useful.

you can study English by listening ,by using words translation books........
