Why Would You Suppose That EVERYONE In Australia Should Want To Say Let Alone Shout Anything To The Yanks, Unless It's Get Over Yourselves You Aren't The Centre Of Any Ones Universe But Your Own. Secondly, If The Yanks Shouted Back Would Anyone Be Listening! In Answer To Your Question NO, Not Even The Loudest Sound On Record IE Krakatoa Exploding Was Loud Enough To Be Heard That Far Away?!

probable yes. pay attention to that it could also result in a erfect silence
it all depends on the waves and how they interact. they produce crests minimum maximum values etc. Standing waves and resultant waves are more likely to understand. there can be a case tha the shout of one can cancell the shout of the other,
or all voices if strategicaly placed can be multiplied in volume and intensity especially if they are in the same frequency,
it is not such a simple question my friend.

i'm too lazy to work out the calculation, but if you could figure out the total sound energy, you can use a dissapation formula to figure out how far it would travel, my guess is not at alll, sound dies very quickly.

it does travel that far but unfortunately it would go in the wrong direction it would go through the atmosphere into space
