Stars used to build structures? They're not bricks, you know.

If you meant to ask, "What is the structure of stars in the universe?" then

Stars (of the main sequence) under 1.4 suns have radiative cores and convective envelopes. Stars over 1.4 suns have convective cores and radiative envelopes. Convection occurs when the gradient of temperature (along the direction of the radius) is high enough that convection becomes more efficient than radiation in transporting heat.
