For a Network Provider to unlock a phone you need to be with them for over 30 days and spent over £30 in credit. Plus they can still charge over £50 for it.

The most simple way is to buy a clip or cable off eBay for under £10, Networks can charge as much as they like for unlocking a phone.

It's usually the last 4 digits of the phone number. If that doesn't work, call your provider's customer serrvice and they can give it to you.
