My best guess, since I don't wear short shorts/skirts, is that they either:
1. Want to show off their legs.
2. Want to look older/sexier.
3. They follow fashion trends.
Some women look great in mini skirts. They have the legs to pull it off. Some girls do look nice in shorter things without looking trampy.
However, I do see females that should have something longer. It's either not appropriate for the time and place, or they just don't have the best legs for the minis.
I'm not sure what you were looking for here, but this is just my opinions.

I love to wear Short dresses and tiny shorts, because If I have the body to show, nice skinny legs and nice fit body why would I want to wear long, baggy, clothes that will not accentuate my figure. Personally I wear short dresses and clothes because I love to accentuate my body figure. Did I answer your question!?

there is nothing wrong with girls wearing short clothes... especilly when they have got a sexy bod to show off and they are fit
it is a way of expressing urself and getting males attentiona and it got urs didnt it?

well its called petite but anyways in liek jeans in the juniors department if your shorter lets say you would get a size 5 short or if you regular you would get a 5 regular and if your a tall you would get a 5 tall. hope i helped but your question needs elaborated!!!!!

I have no idea..maybe its because its the only way they can get shallow boys attention. It's a retarded reason, but thats the way most girls think.
