Network Configuration through Bluetooth?

I have configured my samsung phone model 700i as my modem connected to my laptop via bluetooth connection. It works but my problem is I cant acess to the internet. But my connection says its 105.2 Kbps. Anybody could help me how to configure so that I can now access the web through my dial-up connection?

I used TRACERT. the first 2 hops is working but the succeding hops shows an * sign.

I used Ping Command but it simply displays Request Time Out.

Please give me some advise. Thanks

Did you buy the data plan with Spring/Verizon/Rogers/whatever... ?
