The only good way to control anger problems, or any other mental related problems like this. Would be through Therapy with a good Psychologist. Or through group therapy. But usually the one on one therapy works better, at least in the beginning.

Hi:)at your local community centre, there might be a in house counselor/psychotherapist, that will be able to help. But I have to say that you , yourself have made the biggest step by asking for help & acknowledgeing the problem.Good on you.Anger issues may stem way back to childhood isues that have not been resolved , or it maybe a current problem at hand. But a good Counsellor that has a good ear to listen & ease you through your issues would be the best bet.If you choose not to visit your local community centre, then a private Counsellor will be able to help.Once again , good on you for taking the biggest step & asking for HELP.

Let it out. Don't hold anything back. I almost killed myself cause I held everything inside and bottled it up. If you have to, go out back and hit the groung as hard as you can with a baseball bat. If you live in the country, go chop wood. It's a great anger release technique.

I would urge you to buy this book. The rewards far outweigh the low cost of the book. Trust me on this one.
