mine used to do that, pull em out of the audio socket slightly. or just buy a new pair, i got a new pair for £7.99, and haven't broken on me yet.

Get SONY headphones ... If you have SONY headphones already then they're damaged, so buy new ones

the wiring is obviously faulty...
its a waste of time and money to get them repaired (unless they the EXPENSIVE kind)
just get a new pair
