Humpback whale - about 66,000 pounds (30 metric tons)
Bowhead whale - about 120,000 pounds (55 metric tons)
Right Whale - about 130,000 pounds (60 metric tons)
Gray Whale - about 44,000 pounds (20 metric tons)
Blue Whale - about 220,000 pounds (100 metric tons)
Fin Whale - about 130,000 pounds (60 metric tons)
Sei Whale - about 44,000 pounds (20 metric tons)
Humpback Whale - about 55,000 pounds (25 metric tons)
Sperm Whale - female, around 44,000 pounds (25 metric tons), male 100,000 pounds (45 metric tons)
So you can see it varies quite a bit based on the species. If you want an average over all kinds of whale, probably around 80-90,000 pounds
