You need to give more information that this.
Is it on a network? Or do you want to do it over the internet?

You have to go to the other computer if its on a network.
Click the Start menu button on the Windows taskbar.
Click Run... on this menu.
Type cmd in the text box that appears. A command prompt window launches on the desktop.
In this command window, type ipconfig /all. The IP Address field states the current IP address for that network adapter.

To get the IP address of www.yahoo.com
type on your windows prompt:
ping www.yahoo.com
and you get
"reply from 209.73.186.238Â : bytes=32 time=107 ms TTL=49"
so the IP address of yahoo is 209.73.186.238

u can find iptracking software on web which gives u details of the ip

if the person/computer you want to track is behind a router on a private network it is virtually impossible to track. Otherwise use the tools refered to above.

If I want to track someone I go to http://www.iptools.com/ or http://www.dnsstuff.com/
From there you can track there isp address depending which of the items you have to work with.
