I want to wear a demin skirt at the weekend to go to a club. I have no idea what shoes to get. I want to wear heels because I'm quite small but I don't want to look like a tart.

You can wear just about any shoe with a denim skirt. Or better yet, how about a great pair of heeled leather boots? You'll look great whatever you choose! Happy Clubbing!

If you wear heels and a denim skirt you will look like a tart! To be honest I think denim skirts look horrid anyway unless you're under 21 and wearing one during the day with flatties. Why don't you go for a nice pair of tailored trousers or skirt with some heels? Much classier and sexy too. Or if you have to wear a denim skirt then wear it with the ballet pumps that are in fashion. Denim and heels do not go together!

Nearly any shoe will look good with denim skirts (apart from High stiletto shoes!) I think knee high boots would look really great but any heel that you feel comfortable in should be ok. If you feel comfortable you will look better automatically because you will be relaxed and enjoying yourself! You won't look like a tart with heels - everyone wears them (even some men!). If by club you mean a country club, then save yourself the embarrasmnet of being asked to leave and don't wear denim. Almost all country clubs have a no denim dress code and they will actually walk up to the guest, and ask them to leave! call the club before you go and ask them. You'll be really glad you did.
If you mean a dance club, then it's perfectly Ok to wear heels, if your skirt isn't too short. Put the skirt and shoes on and show a male relative (a brother or cousin) if they think it looks fine, you're good to go. Enjoy...

Try to match your top with your heels...I would go with 3" to 4" black pumps and a nice sexy black top, don't worry about looking like a tart. Every man in there will want to dance with the sexy little tart

you won't look like a tart. denim minis look great with heels.
if you dont feel comfortable in heels though,
try wearing flats (ballerinas)
theyre gorgeous, match perfectly with either pants, minis or longer skirts. Plus: theyre the most comfy shoes out there!
exotic or colorful prints make the outfit stunning: try leopard flats!

I would wear strappy shoes but with a small heel if you dont want to look like a tart, like 1-2inch heel. Plus they would be eaiser to dance and walk around in :P
Depending on which top your wearing I would suggest black strappy heels. classic and chic.

Depending on the top you are wearing buy a matching sandal to go with the colour of the top. If you don't want to sandal to high, perhaps a kitten heel would be better.

Heels, the higher the better, if you're going for tarty. oh right, not tarty. Damned expensive heels. Not black, white or red. Any other colour, and it's all good. Poss steer clear of stilettos?
