To attain one you usually have to spend around $10, but what gets super expensive are the vet bills. Hamsters need vet care just like other animals. The problem you run into is 1.) a lot of vets do not treat small animals and 2.) the costs are higher (especially for spaying and neuturing) due to their size and sensitivity.

If you are willing and able to properly care for a hamster, then go get one and have fun with it!

Short haired hamsters r about $10 we have a dwarf hamster and it costed about $11...... not including cage, fluf,f food, wheel, etc.

around.. 10 dollars, but i suggest if u want to buy the friendliest breed of hamster, u shud buy "robo hamster", theyre small, they never bites. but theyre abit more expensive. probably around 15-25 dollars
