i turn of my pc and have to wait about 2 hours before it will turn on again

As you did not explain why you can turn it back on (no power, errors, taking forever to load, etc.) can only guess. If it is not powering back up, you probably have an issue with the processor, fans, or power supply. While the computer is "hot" it is not booting. Would need to have that looked at by a pro.
If it is some other kind of error or issue, please repost with more information.

Its likely that the processor is faulty, the cooling fan isn't working or the entire motherboard is bad. But it would've helped if you gave more details about the problem

you may virus, try spy bot for free evaluation and can purchase after.
