Every monument tells a story of the past. Without the monuments it would have been very difficult for us to know what our forefathers did in the past. Historians will have a hard time studying the past. People or kings in the past contructed monuments so that they will be remembered in the future. It also marks as an era of the past. Without monuments it would have been difficult for architects to built structures in the present days.
