Financial stability
Stable home life for the children to grow up in
Setting down the morals and values for the children
Having my partner completely involved with every decision regarding the child/children.
Working together and supporting eachother through everything.
When it comes to starting a family there is never just one thing.
Also a very good Medical Aid Fund with maternal planning as well as good benefits ones the child comes.
Babies get sick very quickly.
I think the most important thing is being happy and staying happy.
If your thinking about this, do yourself a favour, read more books, get a good doctor you and your partner feel comfortable with and trust. Start talking to the doctor. Shop around for a good kid doctor get references set up a meeting check the funds. Get a good gyenacologists.
Things like that. There r so many things to prepare for I dont even know where to tell you to start.

My top priority would be a secure relationship with my partner. I would want to know I had that support and security and that our baby would have that too.

Financial security is obviously important but not as important as a secure loving home.
