because its what men want to see and beleive it or not when something is sexy it becomes fashionable and it all goes back to what women want to strive to look like. and the world tells us to be skinny in shape and have big boobs. and blond hair and blue eyes!!!

they just want to look sexy and show of so that people(esp boys)get attracted by seeing their body curves and short exposing dresses.
i never wear them.
