Masturbation will not cause pimples, blindness, hair to grow on your hands or any of the other myths you have heard. It is the safest sex there is. It is completely normal and natural. You may want to use a lotion to prevent rubbing yourself raw, but aside from that, I think you will figure out for yourself exactly what you need to do to make yourself feel good.

just wash your hands before touching your face....bacteria from down there can cause pimples on your face only if you dont wash your hands afterwards
