Really expensive -- pinstripes or those big stripes where the blue might run into the white?
Send it to the dry cleaners. After you have almost got your money's worth of wear back, read instructions to see if possible to launder. If so, handwash.

Especially since whites usually have bleach added to them, wash a blue and white shirt with the colors, but I use "Clorox 2" that is made for color clothes

It depends. Is the blue the darker shade or lighter? Darker shades usually give out color on washing - so not safe to be washed wtih whites. If your not sure, best is to hand wash it the first time and see.

First, make sure it's washable. I would wash it by itself first, in cold water. After that, with whites.

Dry cleaning might be your best bet. Will keep the colors crisp with no bleeding of the colors.
