Were you giving yourself a hand job, if so, your hand would have to have HIV virus on it and even then, for that virus to swim through the precum, and get inside your penis and find a way into your blood stream in sufficient quantity to infect you, the chances are extremely slim. Near zero, betcha.
If someone else was giving you a hand job, the same would have to be true, I suppose if they were dripping with HIV infected precum, the chances might be a bit higher, but not much.

there is hardly any infection that's going to happen when you pre-ejaculate. Unless of course you yourself is infected with HIV.
