If she is your friend, be honest with her, go up to her and say that you realize she is interested in that guy, and in the interest of sparing her a lot of heartache you want to tell her that you know that he is interested or dating someone else. I am sure if you tell her honestly she will appreciate it.

Hey,you need to find a way to tell her he don't like her because when she finds out it might crush her.if you're her friend try setting her up that way she can forget this guy and move on.

if it was me i would just turn round n say I'm afraid the feelings of this person aren't the same towards u as what yours are towards him but he still wants to be mate etc, u never no it could just work that the feelings do change and then they mite have a chance of getting together,

are you friends with her? if so friendship most often thrives on honesty even if at first she thinks that you want him for yourself she'll eventually see that you dont (unless you do). and she'll come around. so just be honest and she'll love you for it!
