There is no way in hell doing it without her getting emotional. Telling someone to move outs not easy, Best u can do is be honest with her, tell her you dont feel its fair keeping her on a line when u dont feel the same any more, its just not working, she needs to move out. Answer all her questions with compassion but as u said be firm.
You r going to hurt her but rather do it sooner than later.

Well...I'd be really care full when playing with the emotions of someone elses heart..if she's VERY sensitive...you need to use a softer approach...give her space....and let her accept small amounts of what you tell her..don't overload her with EVERYTHING...start by saying ..I'm just not happy anymore..are you?...really? are you happy?! We need to maybe take a break and separate...You can hate me if you want ...cause I understand you will....".
As the wicked witch of the west said to Dorothy...these things must be done delicately...

There is no easy way to do this. And yes she would be upset. But the best thing is for you to be honest with her and tell her how you really feel. She might be upset and mad as hell but after the shock she would appreciate your honesty. Do it now. The longer you wait the harder it would be on both of yall.

I know you don't want to hear this but you just need to be honest with her and tell her that things just aren't working out as you planned and that there is someone more suitable for her and that it's not fair to you or her if you continue the relationship.

I wouldn't play around with it, I'd tell her straight up this is not working out and we need to live apart. How she handles it is entirely up to her, I'm only responsible for my own actions.

tell her how much you love her i think either way it is going to hurt her ... cant you tell her your not ready for that serious of a relationship but your still very comitted to her.. i cant really tell wether yo want to break up from your q but my guess is you just want her to move out... you probably need to sweeten up before that blow though hun .... best of luck it is difficult ive done it before
